If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Use of our website does not create any contractual obligation between NatureTek and the user beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. By using this website, you agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website, services, or security measures implemented by NatureTek.
2. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
NatureTek strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee that all website content, including product descriptions and pricing, is error-free, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify site content without prior notice but are under no obligation to update information regularly.
3. Modifications to the Service and Prices
NatureTek reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, product, or pricing at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
4. Product Purchases, Payments, and Subscription Services
All purchases on our website are processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe, which accept various payment methods. Subscription payments are automatically billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but they will retain the last shipped product, as no partial refunds for unused periods will be provided. We reserve the right to change pricing for subscription services, with prior notice to customers.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases where fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior is suspected. Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and account information. Any failure to update information that results in failed payments or delivery issues is the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Order Cancellations
Subscription customers may request a refund for their last order within 60 days if they continue to experience the same or increased level of pest activity at least seven days after applying the treatment, without the need to return the product. Non-subscription customers are eligible for the same refund policy but within a 30-day window. For any refund request unrelated to product efficacy, customers must return the product to us, though it does not have to be unopened. Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped, but once an order has been shipped, the customer must return the product in order to receive a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the NatureTek website, including but not limited to pest-specific guides, product instructions, instructional videos, trademarks, logos, and product packaging, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Our kits, including branded mix bags, spray wands, and written instructions, are proprietary and cannot be copied, resold, or altered for resale under a different name.
8. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content to NatureTek, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content without compensation. We are not obligated to maintain submitted content in confidence or respond to any feedback.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within three business days, with an expected delivery timeframe of up to 10 days after purchase. Delivery times may be subject to delays caused by high order volume or operational challenges. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, NatureTek is no longer responsible for delays or losses, and customers must contact the carrier directly for resolution. We do not designate specific shipping providers. NatureTek is not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier failures.
10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
NatureTek reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any reliance placed on outdated or incorrect information.
11. Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, hacking, data scraping, spamming, submitting false claims, harassment, and spreading malware. Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All NatureTek products and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not warrant that the website, services, or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all user expectations. NatureTek disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
NatureTek does not assume liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, including but not limited to property damage or health issues. Customers assume all risks associated with DIY use of pest control products.
14. Indemnification
By using our website and purchasing our products, customers agree to indemnify and hold NatureTek harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NatureTek and the customer and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, customers waive their right to sue in court. Furthermore, users agree that they may not participate in class-action lawsuits against NatureTek, and all disputes must be handled on an individual basis. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any updates. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
